DS is a well known for design thinking consultancy that transforms businesses and improves lives.

The first step in our collaboration was mentorship - training DS to understand how Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) works. This capacity‑building gave them the tools to see how sustainability metrics can be applied in practice.

With that foundation, DS explored how emissions calculations could guide their next steps. They are designing a recyclable product that reduces carbon footprint. Our product, Moya Cascade, was then used to run a prospective LCA to test their sustainability assumptions and help them make strategic decisions. These indicative results gave them a clearer picture of how to execute data gathering across supply chain partners.

We also helped identify which product parts might be prioritized for recycling. Even at this early stage, DS could see how recycled materials might reshape their business model.

From sales‑only to product‑as‑a‑service, circular economy transforms different business models. Their reduction plan now synergizes economics and sustainability together.
